Vehicle Description AZ Street Customs in Phoenix AZ completed the frame off work was started.
The process started with stripping the interior, separating the body from the frame, sand blasting the frame and body to bare metal.
The frame was then mocked up for a Gen V LT motor from a 2017 Chevy Tahoe as well as the 4L60e transmission and new suspension prior to be sent off for powder coating.
The body work was completed with the replacement of a rear quarter panel and door skin as well as cutting the rear tub floor to allow for 4 of additional front seat travel for taller drivers.
Fire wall was shaved, custom engine bay panels fabricated as well.
After all metal work was completed, the body was primed, color matched raptor liner applied(interior and underside of tub) and the body was painted a custom pearl that plays off the original Ochre factory yellow color.
All wiring is new, all glass is new, all rubber components are new, axles were sent off to be rebuilt(diffs w/locker added at rear) along with the transfer case as well as new manual lockers at the front axles.
A cross over steering system was installed to improve stability, front and rear Willwood disc brakes were installed with proportioning valve, Bilstein Bi-pass shocks at all for corners, a tow hitch with hitch mounted Wilco tire carrier was installed as well.
Led lighting all around, Dakota digital gauges, Retro sound head unit(powered but not used) and Morel amp and speaker along with a JL Audio puck and JL sub under the rear seat.
Vintage Air was installed.
A full leather interior was installed by Unique Upholstery in Gilbert AZ including the dash, rollbar, AC fan cover, visors, custom speaker grills, rear side panels, door panels, console and heated seating(2017 Tahoe).
New custom carpet was installed over sound and heat shielding.
ECM and TCM controllers are located inside the console.
New Raceline Rockcrusher wheels and BFG KO2 tires were installed.
The double wall top was redone with new fiberglass being laid as well as new rear hatch being installed.
All new rubber and glass was installed on the top and all new seals are included to install.
new lock set, hinges and hardware are installed.
A custom rolling cart was fabricated to hold the top while it is off the Blazer.
Top has never been installed after paint waws completed.
Only fitted to check for proper alignment.
I have all receipts for parts and labor.
